Ruthie Henshall and Russell Watson are set to make their debut on I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! tonight in the best way ever – getting covered in rotten tomatoes and slime.
Lovely!
In a first-look clip from tonight’s episode, we see the opera singer and the actress take on the Bushtucker trial Stage Fright.
Dressed as a jester, Ruth has her head in a pillory, so she is standing up but with her head and arms restrained.
Poor Ruthie is forced to answer jokes while Russell has to dunk his head into a barrel of slime to find clues to the jokes with his teeth.

While the duo’s fellow campmates watch on, Ant and Dec begin by asking if they had ‘any words of advice’ for Ruthie and Russell.
Jordan North piped up: ‘Don’t overthink it, go to your happy place.’
‘Don’t overthink it?’ Ant repeated.
As they all laughed at the Radio 1 DJ’s reply, Ant began: ‘Are you ready? Warden can we reveal the first joke please?’
Reading out the question, Ruthie said: ‘What did medieval postmen wear?’
To which someone shouted out: ‘Chainmail?’
As they did, Ruthie got covered in rotten tomatoes.
The clip ends with Russell dipping his head in slime to find the clues.
But, how with Ruthie and Russell get on tonight?
I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! continues at 9pm on ITV.
